- Item is faulty or damaged.
- Item arrived later than promised.
- Delivered with wrong measurements.
- Delivered with wrong colors.
We want you to be very satisfied with our product so I you receive an item with any of this conditions we will be able at no cost to fix the following:
- Adjust the dress to the correct measure.
- Fix zipper or any damaged part.
Returned items need to be returned with all original packaging, labels and return the items undamaged and unused. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two days of being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds to expired bank cards – in this instance, we will issue the amount paid to you as online or store credit.
